C6 – A vegetable-based product made from Caproic Acid and Caprylic Acid to form a Triglyceride. Also known as Caproic/Caprylic Triglyceride. C6 is the most efficient fatty acid and the shortest of all MCT with only 6 carbon atoms.
C8 – The vegetable-based product made from Caprylic Acid and Glycerine to form a 100% C8 Triglyceride. C8 is the 2nd most efficient fatty acid, which in turn makes it easy for your body to digest, break down, and then turn into fuel. These quickly become ketones that give your body more efficient and consistent energy.
They are also known as Caprylic Triglyceride, Captrin, Tricaprylin, and Trioctanoin.
