Description
Also known as orthophosphoric acid or phosphoric(V) acid, is a weak acid. It is normally encountered as a colorless, syrup of 85% concentration in water. Used in food flavoring, beverages, dental products, cosmetics, and skin care products. Industrially, it is used mainly in the production of phosphate fertilizers.
